Empleo del Kit reparador de fibra de vidrio.
Utilizar el kit de fibra de vidrio.
Utilizado en la reparación de piezas de fibra de vidrio, partes automotrices, muebles de baño (ovalines), tinacos de asbesto, laminas metálicas etc.
1.- El kit de reparación debe de contener los siguientes materiales:
– Resina de políester preacelerada.
– Tela de fibra de vidrio.
– Endurecedor (Catalizador para fraguar la resina).
– Carga si se requiere para formular pasta o como espesante de la resina, (carbonato de calcio).
2.-Para efectuar una reparación, en el área a trabajar se deberá de limpiar y lijar.
3.-Habilitar dos secciones de fibra de vidrio, excediendo un poco el área a trabajar.
4.- Tomar en recipiente por separado una porción de resina lo suficientemente necesaria para humectar la tela de fibra de vidrio.
5.- Agregar endurecedor (catalizador) a la porción tomada de resina. – En relación de 1.5 gr de catalizador por cada 100 gr de resina. Y mezclar perfectamente.
6.- Colocar la primera sección o capa de tela de fibra de vidrio en el área a trabajar.
7.-Humectar la tela de fibra de vidrio con la resina catalizada, utilizando una brocha mojando en su totalidad la tela de fibra de vidrio.
8.- Colocar la segunda capa de tela de fibra de vidrio y humectarla en su totalidad con mas resina ya catalizada.
9.- Si se requiere un planchado y compactación de la tela de fibra de vidrio, se puede utilizar los rodillos metálicos para trabajar la resina.
10.- Dejar que fragüe, endurezca la resina en la tela de fibra de vidrio.
11.- Si se requiere ascentar el trabajo de reparación se puede lijar las capas de fibra de vidrio trabajadas para que la superficie quede más liza.
12.- La carga se puede emplear si se requiere que las capas sean más gruesas y más rígidas, integrando la carga a la resina antes de su catalizado.
13.- Tambien se puede formular con la carga y la resina una pasta de tipo resanador, para detalles de la reparación efectuada.
14.- Al termino del proceso limpie las herramientas utilizadas, como brocha, recipientes, cuñas etc utilizadas.
